Just as yoga and Pilates can help build strong core abdominal muscles which make daily life (lifting,
bending, stretching and balancing) much easier, confidence coaching can help you build core confidence and self esteem.
This way, when life doesn't go according to plan - from everyday challenges to larger issues like a relationship
ending or losing your job to a health scare or long held dream falling through - you'll be able to regain your emotional
balance more quickly and handle things more easily.
I offer telephone life coaching, telephone confidence coaching,

coaching, telephone coaching for writers, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) coaching and Crystal Coaching via Skype. I also offer face to
face coaching in Witham, Essex and London Bridge and Walk by Water Coaching in Essex and London.

Coaching allows
you the time and space to put your needs first
How often do you think about what would make you happier? What steps could you start taking quite easily to make
different goals and dreams a reality?
Coaching offers you the time and space to explore what making certain changes
would mean for you.
It's my job to guide and support you in finding your own answers, helping you
draw on the resources that are all around you.
However you'd like to feel more confident, whatever
your goals, I'd love to help you get there much faster.
What kind of coaching would be best for you?
In NLP (Neuro
Linguistic Programming), people fall into three main categories when it comes to relating to the world around them. Visual
(sight), Auditory (sound) and Kinaesthetic (feelings).
You may recognise these styles in yourself as well
as your friends, family, partner, colleagues, neighbours and so on.
For example, she may want everything to look
a certain way (Visual) while he may be more concerned with comfort (Kinaesthetic) or the way things sound (Auditory).
As you embark on your coaching process, you may want to consider your personal style:
Telephone
coaching suits can be best for Auditory (for deeper listening) and many Kinaesthetic (who are
better able to get a feel for the process by blocking out everything but the phone call) clients.
On a practical
note, telephone coaching is also ideal for clients who: . live further away (my clients cover a
very wide geographic area)
. are too busy to travel to sessions
. want out of office hour appointments
(I have some evening and weekend appointments available for telephone slots)
. are on a tighter budget
. who want shorter sessions (from 30 minutes) and
. for some clients with children at home.
Face to face coaching and coaching via Skype suits Visual people. While
we all pick up a lot of information through others' facial expressions and body language as well as the words and tone
of voice they use, Visual clients are most comfortable talking face to face.
Face to face confidence coaching,
life coaching, business coaching, writer's coaching, media and marketing coaching, NLP, EFT and Crystal Coaching is
available in Witham, Essex and London Bridge.
These sessions are also available, wherever you're based, via
Skype.
Walk by Water Coaching (currently available in Witham, Essex,
Billericay, Essex and London Bridge) is a more unusual option which suits many Kinaesthetic clients.
There's something about talking while walking that frees us up to think of solutions that we might otherwise
have never considered.
The physical movement of walking can help you move forward in your imagination
and then in your actual life.
Walk by Water Coaching also suits Visual types who get inspired by nature's
beauty.
On a practical level, Walk by Water Coaching also suits clients who want to build more activity and fresh
air into their lives. As well as getting a bit fitter, you'll be creating more Vitamin D naturally for
an overall boost of wellbeing.
(In the UK, we do have to consider the weather so if this seems unsettled, we
can make provisions for a dryer session).
