I'm Eve Menezes Cunningham, an experienced life
coach, business coach, writer's coach, NLP Master Practitioner (MANLP), EFT Practitioner (AMMET) and complementary
therapist (MICCH).
I qualified as a professional life coach and founded
Apple Coaching in 2004.
I chose the name because apples are associated with knowledge and coaching helps people
get to know themselves much better. (Also, my name's Eve).
Focusing on confidence and self esteem issues was
a natural niche as I've worked through these issues myself.
Just as these coaching, NLP and complementary
therapy techniques have helped me, I love using them to help clients believe in themselves and achieve more than
they'd thought possible - at work, in their lives and relationships.
Also a freelance psychology, health and
wellbeing journalist/writer, I enjoy sharing coaching tips and advice with readers of a wide range of publications and websites.

In
addition to coaching individuals, I run workshops for groups in London and Essex.
If your employees or colleagues
would benefit from more confidence and other business coaching, please get in touch.
I am also happy to work with
groups of friends who would like to work on a similar issue together (time management, clutter clearing, finding their purpose
in life and so on).
Former clients have included the Athena Network, the Department for Work and Pensions, Essex
Reflexologists, Wellbeing Breaks, Phoenix Aid, the Women Writer’s Network and groups of individuals
who are interested in a particular theme.
Topics have included: Your Business Vision, Re-invent Yourself, Confidence
for Writers, Clutter Clearing, Confidence for Complementary Therapists and Coaches, Confidence for Entrepreneurs, Assertiveness
('How to say "No" Gracefully'), Boosting Self Image, Stopping Comfort Eating and many more.
I’ve
facilitated group coaching sessions in Essex, London, Manchester, Sarajevo and Spain. I've also run several teleseminars
for The Wellbeing Network.

I'm a Professional Member and Coach Member of the Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP). Read the ANLP Code
of Ethics here.
I work ecologically to
help my clients set and reach goals that will benefit everyone concerned.
In NLP, 'ecology' doesn't
just mean concern for the planet. It involves thinking about the consequences of our actions in all sorts of ways.
I apply this approach to all areas of my life and work. From choosing suppliers who are as eco-friendly and ethical as possible
to helping clients consider their partners, families, friends, children, teams, organisations, neighbourhoods and the planet
as well as themselves.
I'm also a qualified and experienced EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner
and Member of AAMET.
I have a Graduate Certificate in Psychosynthesis (Psychosynthesis & Education
Trust, University of East London) and am continuing my training as a psychosynthesis counsellor.
As a Student Member of BACP and a Founding Member of their new Coaching Division, I am bound by its Ethical Framework for
Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure for the time being in force.
'Eve
has a warm, empathetic approach and working with her has given me extra impetus and inspiration to deal with many issues.
Particularly lack of confidence and low self-esteem.' ~ L
