Follow these simple steps to get the support you need as you shift things in your life and work:

1) Email to order your FREE Confidence Coaching E-book.

2) Read it and, if you feel like it, make a start on some of the coaching exercises.

They've been designed to get you thinking about the changes you want to make in your life and work in a way that will help you even if you choose not to go ahead with coaching at this time.

3) Email or phone to ask me about anything you're unsure of or to book some coaching.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ethics

Everything discussed within these coaching sessions, workshops, courses, seminars, talks and teleseminars is completely confidential unless otherwise agreed.

Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all the decisions you make within a coaching session, workshop, course, seminar, teleseminar, talk and as a result of being coached.

You are also fully responsible for any actions you take as a result of these decisions.

Payment

Workshops, courses, seminars and talks are paid for in advance to book your place.

Personal Coaching (by telephone, Skype, email and face to face) is paid for at least one session in advance.

Payment for each session must be received at least 48 hours before that session.

Postponed Appointments

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.

A discretionary charge to the full cost of the session will be levied if the session is postponed after this or no notice is given.

Refunds

If, for whatever reason, either of us feel the need to discontinue the coaching relationship, any money paid in advance for unused individual sessions will be fully refunded, provided that more than 48 hours' notice is given in advance of any scheduled appointments.

Group coaching (seminars etc.) are non-refundable.

Appointment Times

Please keep to the time of your appointment. Late starts may mean your session is shortened. There will be no refund for this.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Coaching is payable at least 48 hours in advance (please see Terms and Conditions above).

I'm happy to offer a choice of payment options. You can pay by:

. CHEQUE (made payable to Eve Menezes Cunningham),

. ELECTRONIC BANK TRANSFER (please contact me for details), or

. CREDIT or DEBIT CARD (please include details of what you are paying for, your full name etc.) by clicking on the NoChex logo below.



NOChex accept payments of up to £100 without your having to register yourself.

For larger or more frequent payments via NoChex, you can register (a quick and painless process) or use different cards.
